These signatures include: Mike Ditka, Tom Bettis, Rudy Bukich, Jim Cadile, JC Caroline, Rick Casares, Angelo Coia, Roger Davis, Joe Fortunato, Bob Jencks, John Johnson, Stan Jones, Ted Karras, Bob Kilcullen, Roger Leclerct, Johnny Morris, Larry Morris, Mike Pyle, Rosey Taylor, Billy Wade, Chuck Mathen, Jim Dooley, and Richie Petitbone.

Every helmet comes with a Certificate of Authentication provided by Mounted Memories and also comes with their matching holograms. One helmet can be purchased for $844.55.
