WORLD'S FIRST
MONOPOLY GAME
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST
STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
What was the world's first Monopoly game?
Today Monopoly is the best selling
board game in the world, but back in 1933 when Charles B. Darrow,
the creator of Monopoly, approached Parker Brothers to publish the game.
Luckily Charles Darrow produced 5,000 handmade sets of
the game and sold them to a Philadelphia department store.
Charles Darrow had a hit and couldn't keep up with
demand so luckily for Parker Brothers he approached them once more to publish
the game and this time they did, and in 1935, it's first year, Monopoly became
the world's best selling board game.
