What was the world's longest bra chain?
In
April 2006 a bunch of women in Cyprus collected a few bras and
strung them together around the harbor of Paphos to raise awareness
for breast cancer.
In all 114,000 bras were
collected and linked to form the world's longest bra chain which
measured 95 kilometers.
Bra collecting seems to be a
popular activity, the old record was set in Singapore in 2003 at
79,000 bras.
