Those that are squeamish about needles have to admit that Benjamin Drucker from the United States is a very brave man.

He sat for two hours and twenty-one minutes to set the record for the most body piercings inserted by surgical needle.

By the end of the session, he had a total of 745 body piercings.

The record was set on July 12, 2003 in Taos, New Mexico, USA.

Every piercing was inserted by Nate Adams using an 18-gauge surgical needle, which is about 0.5 inches long.
