When were the second Grammy Awards?

The 2nd annual Grammy Awards show was held on November 11, 1959 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Frank Sinatra took home a number of awards including: Album of the Year, for Come Dance with Me!, and Best Vocal Performance, Male, also for Come Dance with Me!. Ella Fitzgerald took home the award for Best Vocal Performance, Female for But Not for Me and Nat King Cole won Best Performance by a “Top 40” Artist, for Midnight Flyer.
