WORLD'S SMALLEST DIAMOND RING
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST
STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
What is the world's smallest diamond ring?
In March 2008 a bunch of scientist
at the University of Melbourne created the world's smallest diamond ring, but
for all you cheap guys out there, don't get too excited, it's not for sale.
The ring measures 5 microns or 5 millionths of a meter
in diameter and 300 nanometers or 300 billionths of a meter in thickness and
will be used to assist scientists in developing quantum information processing.
